The Board of Directors of the Emerald Bay Municipal Utility District will meet in special session at 160 LaSalle Road (Emerald Bay Community Church) on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at 3:00 PM to consider the following agenda:

  • Call to order.
  • Approve or revise and approve the regular meeting minutes of January 20, 2026.
  • Approve/Reject 3rd pay request for new ground storage tanks from Tank & Vessel Builders, Baird, Texas in the amount of  $99,750 submitted by C.T. Branon Company, District’s Engineering Company.
  • Presentation by Gollob, Morgan, & Petty and Approve/Reject 2025 Annual Audit Report
  • Outstanding Issues and Major Projects Update - Bill Harris, Board President
  • Adjournment
