The Board of Directors of the Emerald Bay Municipal Utility District will meet in special session on Thursday, December 8, 2022, at 4:45 PM for the purpose of considering the following agenda:

  1.  Call to order
  2. Approve/Reject the minutes from November 7, 2022
  3. Hearing on Petition for Annexation of property consisting of 0.319 of an acre, which is the location of Well Site #1, 0.228 of an acre, which is the location of Well Site #2, 0.131 of an acre, which adjoins Well Site #1 and 0.069 of an acre, which adjoins Well Site #2.
  4. Discussion and possible action to approve order annexing property consisting of 0.319 of an acre, which is the location of Well Site #1, 0.228 of an acre, which is the location of Well Site #2, 0.131 of an acre, which adjoins Well Site #1 and 0.069 of an acre, which adjoins Well Site #2 on Petition for Annexation filed by Emerald Bay MUD.
