The Board of Directors of the Emerald Bay Municipal Utility District will meet in special session on Tuesday, May 16, 2022 at 10:00 AM., at the District Office, 155 LaSalle Drive, Bullard, Texas 75757, for the purpose of considering the following agenda:

Call to order

Review and approve minutes from Special Meeting of May 10, 2022

Accept/Reject the resignation of newly elected Director John Culpepper

Approve/Reject the appointment of Inge Grant to fill the unexpired term of John Culpepper

Swearing in of newly appointed Director Inge Grant if approved.

Adjournment
