The Board of Directors of the Emerald Bay Municipal Utility District will meet in special session at 160 LaSalle Road (Emerald Bay Church) on Wednesday, October 28th, 2026, at 9:00 AM to consider the following agenda:

• Call to order
• Revise/Approve the Minutes of the October 20th, 2026 Regular Meeting.
• Executive session to seek and/or receive attorney’s advice on legal matters that are not related to litigation or the settlement of litigation pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code. 
• Adjournment
